Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.
